WENDY HOLCENBERG

A real estate agent since 1978 and a broker since 1981, Wendy has a proven record of consistent achievement, attaining top honors. To hone her negotiation and communication skills, Wendy has obtained advanced designations, including: Certified Residential Specialist, Previews Property Specialist, Certified Corporate Property Specialist and Graduate Realtors Institute.

Wendy is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a secondary teaching credential. She has been a Moraga resident for more than 30 years. In her spare time, Wendy plays golf and bridge. She and her husband, a former IBM and Visa IT professional, have traveled to all seven continents, including African safaris and visits to exotic areas such as India, Laos/Vietnam, China, Russia and the Middle East.

MICHELLE HOLCENBERG

Michelle's extensive market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and professionalism have led to her being awarded sales honors. She has furthered her skills by taking courses in real estate finance and in advanced sales and negotiation through Sales Career Resources, Inc.

A native of Moraga, Michelle attended Campolindo High School, graduated with a B.A. in communication studies from UCLA, and earned a master's degree from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. Prior to entering the real estate profession Michelle spent nearly a decade in the media and in sales and management positions. Michelle spends her free time with her husband, a software engineer, and their young son, and enjoys baking, vegetarian cooking, and hiking.
